What to Expect

Maximum results are seen after 3 sessions, which are spaced 2 to 6 weeks apart. You may experience some redness or temporary swelling immediately after treatment.  If you do experience some swelling and redness it should subside by the end of the day.  Afterwards, the results can be dramatic in reducing acne scars, age spots/dark spots, and wrinkles.  There is no need to stay out of the sun after having your Fraxel treatment.  We recommend wearing a high SPF sunscreen if you will be in direct sunlight for long periods of time.
